Meet Esther Park, Psy.D
I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing psychology-informed coaching for founders, executives, leaders, and individuals wanting change who are operating under real pressure and responsibility.
The individuals I work with are already capable and successful. What brings them to coaching is not a lack of drive, but the recognition that how they think, decide, and lead under pressure directly impacts performance, outcomes, and sustainability at all levels.
Individuals who are feeling burned out, want a life change, feel overwhelmed, desire something more, want congruence in how they feel and how they live also find themselves in coaching engagements with me.
My work applies advanced psychological training coaching in a way that produces change. I help individuals identify the internal patterns shaping their leadership behavior, their behavior with co-workers, teammates, at home, or with themselves, then translate that insight into clear, deliberate changes that improve judgment, authority, and effectiveness in real-world environments.
My work is specialized, it takes time, and only those that are seeking something deeper and more meaningful find their engagements with me life-changing. I cannot want something more than you. You have to desire it, work for it, and I am here to help you uncover and face parts of yourself that may be holding you back from actually living your life and not just existing in it.
Background and Approach
As a clinical psychologist, I am trained to understand how people:
make decisions under stress
repeat patterns over time
respond to authority, power, and responsibility
convert insight into action, or fail to
In coaching, this training allows me to move quickly beyond surface-level strategies and address the drivers of behavior and thought, without drifting into therapy or open-ended self-analysis.
We work on what actually shows up in your different roles: decisions, conflict, pressure, and responsibility and change what is limiting effectiveness.
Who This Is For
Most executive and life coaching focuses on goals and performance metrics.
Most therapy focuses on insight.
My work integrates both.
This is not therapy. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions in coaching engagements. Psychological insight is used to improve decision-making, leadership presence, and performance under pressure.
Clients value this approach because it is efficient, focused, and produces durable change.
Challenges are not solved by effort alone. They are solved by understanding how you operate, where that approach no longer scales, and how to change it deliberately.
